Kathryn Tomasetti (34)
Educated in Milwaukee, Milan and Manchester, most of Kathryn's working career has been in the art and travel spheres. At ease juggling three simultaneous cellphone numbers, she has set up Dali exhibitions in the Far East, reviewed exclusive islands off the Dalmatian coast and conducted private art tours along the French Riviera.

While travel is her passion, Kathryn is also a food fanatic. This has led her on several insatiable quests for authentic local cuisine or little-known farmers' markets, hidden far off the tourist track. She is an avid yoga enthusiast and relentless reader when not watching Columbo and Poirot on DVD.

Tristan Rutherford (33)
Brought up in Britain and the Bahamas, Tristan's first love is travel and he set foot in over 50 countries before the age of 25. His cultural (not to mention culinary) appetite is voracious. For him, there's nothing better than drowning in local history, pre-, post- and during his travels.

Tristan also serves as a guest lecturer in both travel writing and freelance journalism at several international institutions including Central Saint Martins and Kingston University in London, and Galatasaray University in Istanbul. He lists his hobbies as reading the newspaper, drinking wine, going for walks, long train rides, sailing and cooking.
